Great value all round

Very clean room and good layout. Comfortable, very good value for money and close to the MRT and some places for breakfast. Can't really fault this place, it's the second time we have stayed here.

Very Good

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and checked me in, unlike some reviews saying that it’s self check in! The room was clean, and refreshed everyday.

The room was very cold, and turning up the temperature of the aircon didn’t seem to help? However, if you turn the aircon off, there’s no airflow so it gets really stuffy. Also there are cracks in the ceilings/the wallpaper looks like its covering some water damage - but this did not affect my stay too much.

The room was tiny but clean, it's enough, everything you need is there. The location is great, everything is close.

In the morning a lot of tourists came and make a lot of noise. The lady who cleans the rooms probably accidentally took our pajamas. Otherwise OK

It was ok.

The location was convenient

I don’t like the self check-in process. It was cumbersome and I saw many guests needed help which delayed the check-in process . 4 hotel staff were there and if they had simply checked in for the guests, it would have saved a lot of time. What happens was that there were 7 guests wanting to check in at the same time. Everyone tried to do the self check-in but with various problems, and so the hotel staff were asked to help. As a result, it took a lot more time for the whole process to finish which, I think, was a waste of everyone’s time. Since there were 4 staff there, why couldn’t they simply check-in for the guests. This self check in process was no good at all

Reception staff was super helpful as I requested to depart 1 day early. Auto check-in is also efficient. The room is quiet and clean.

Room is too small and windows not cleaned from the outside. Metro is about 10 mins walk and it's easy to get a cab.

good stay, wish it had more space

the window view was great. my kids said, “nothing like watching traffic while eating take outs.” they still had fun playing hide and seek with each other though.

it was not as spacious. need more walking spaces. the staff was polite, but not exactly friendly

Clean and location

I pay additional to get a room with windows and it turned out a room with very small window... And the space inside the room is quite small. And there's no space to put clothes in the bathroom when taking shower.
